Ome Coffee is a student-run coffee roasting project, using beans from responsibly sourced family cooperatives.

Ome means duality, a constant movement towards balance. We do the work of roasting to find the right balance in our coffee, just like we try to do in our academic life too.

Ome coffee uses premium beans imported from Columbia, directly from local farmers and is grown with social responsibility and sustainability in mind. The coffee is hand crafted and roasted with love and care by Fremont High School students. We use coffee roasting as a means of teaching Latino students a new skill and to fundraise to support the larger Fremont community. Proceeds and donations go toward keeping the coffee roasting project running and to support other projects such as: cultural events on and off campus, exposing students to colleges and new opportunities for future careers, and funding for scholarships to graduating Seniors. We appreciate all support we receive that allows us to have an opportunity to fulfill our number one goal: helping our community!
